Recently, we convened with our West African team for our leadership meeting at Goa on a 3-day offsite event to ensure that they remained motivated in all their endeavours at work. 

This event proved invaluable, benefitting not only our West African procurement teams but also other vital business functions, including logistics, shipping, human resources, trade operations, and trade finance, to understand business dynamics better and draw up a collaborative plan of action to achieve our 2025 business and people visions.
